At AZ Living Spaces, we are committed to delivering premium bespoke furniture and interior solutions with transparency and care. By using our website, visiting our showrooms, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
AZ Living Spaces provides:
* Bespoke furniture design & manufacturing
* Home and office interior design
* Interior consultancy & space planning
* Complete project execution
* Delivery and installation across Lahore and major cities in Pakistan
Each project is crafted according to approved designs, layouts, materials, finishes, and specifications.
Because we work with natural materials and handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, grain, texture, marble pattern, or polish may occur. These are part of the uniqueness of bespoke furniture.
2. Design Consultation & Approvals
All layouts, drawings, mood boards, and material selections must be approved by the client before production or site execution begins.
Any changes after approval may result in additional cost and revised timelines.
3. Orders, Quotations & Payments
Orders are confirmed after receipt of agreed advance payment.
Interior projects follow a structured payment schedule mentioned in the approved quotation or agreement.
Prices remain valid only for the time period stated in the quotation.
4. Custom Furniture & Cancellation Policy
All customized furniture, bespoke items, and interior projects are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production or execution begins.
Ready-to-deliver items may be exchanged only if unused and in original condition, subject to approval.
5. Production Timelines
Typical timelines are:
* Custom furniture: 2–6 weeks
* Full interior projects: depends on scope
We always aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to material availability, site readiness, logistics, or external factors.
Clients will be informed of updates where possible.
6. Delivery & Installation
AZ Living Spaces offers delivery across Lahore and major cities in Pakistan.
Typical timelines are:
* Ready-to-deliver items: After 100% payment is received, delivery is within 2–3 working days (subject to stock availability and Lahore delivery schedule)
* Custom furniture: 2–6 weeks
* Full interior projects: timelines depend on project scope
Delivery outside Lahore or for special handling may incur additional charges.
Clients must ensure site readiness, access, utilities, and approvals before installation. Delays caused by incomplete site conditions may affect timelines.
7. Damages & Reporting
Any transit-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Our team will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
8. Warranty & After-Sales Service
AZ Living Spaces provides limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period mentioned on invoice.
Warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear & tear
* Damage from water, heat, or environment
* Misuse or improper handling
* Third-party alterations
* Improper maintenance
We provide after-sales support for guidance and adjustments where possible.
9. Measurements & Site Responsibility
Accurate measurements are essential.
If measurements are provided by client, AZ Living Spaces is not responsible for fitting issues.
Clients must ensure proper site preparation before delivery and installation.
10. Special Offers & Discounts
Special offers apply only to selected products or packages for limited time periods.
Customized furniture and full interior projects may have separate pricing.
Offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, renders, concepts, and branding created by AZ Living Spaces remain company property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
12. Amendments
AZ Living Spaces reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
