Do you ship to my address and city?
We have chosen to personally deliver each product to ensure a first-rate customer
experience.
- Furniture: We offer delivery throughout Lahore; deliveries to other cities may incur
additional fees.
How long does it take for an online order to be delivered?
- After 100% payment is received, online orders are processed and shipped out in 10
to 12 working days. - Please ensure that the screenshot or transaction receipt is sent to the official number,
0325-8637151 AZ. - As we work to make sure the product gets to you by the specified delivery window.
- Please do not worry if there are any delays. If we have not contacted you yet, please
contact us by phone at 0325-8637151 or 03054305719 (11:30 am to 9:30 pm,
Monday to Saturday) for the most recent information regarding your shipment. - Delivery of a customized order could take 20–30 working days.
How do I follow up on an online order?
- We make every effort to deliver your order before you can ask yourself, “Why isn’t my
furniture here? :)” Specifically, within ten to twelve working days after receiving full
payment (or twenty-five to thirty days if stock or customized orders need to be
arranged). - We proactively call or email the customer to update them on the status of their order

What happens if the product I received is damaged?
- Please get in touch with us right away if you receive a damaged product by email or
by phone at 0325-8637151 or 0305-4305719 (11:30 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through
Saturday). - Our staff will evaluate the harm and provide a solution within the allotted time. To fix
the issue, we will either replace the product or take any other necessary corrective
action.
What happens if I decide to cancel my order because I do not like the product?
- At AZ Living Spaces, we make every effort to give you the exact experience you see
on our website. Order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not available from
us. - If the product arrived damaged, we might be able to come up with a workable fix.
Regarding all products: We are unable to accept any cancellations or changes after we
deliver the product and depart the customer’s property. To make sure they inspect the
furniture when it is delivered, we ask that the customer be present in person during the
delivery process. If our clients have any questions, our delivery team will answer them
